"Appeal to the Great Spirit", by Cyrus E. Dallin

Among the very best of Western-themed sculptures, this bronze sculpture by Cyrus Edwin Dallin (1861-1944) depicts a mounted Native American warrior as he appeals for support to his god. 

 

We have cast Appeal to the Great Spirit in our own California art foundry using 32 lbs. (15 kg) of pure bronze.  We have then finished the sculpture with a patina in tones of brown, black and amber.  Please be sure to click on the "View More Images" link above to see additional views.

 

Appeal to the Great Spirit is mounted onto a black marble base and stands 20" high x 18½" wide x 8" deep (51 cm high x 47 cm wide x 20 cm deep).  The sculpture is signed "C. E. Dallin" in the bronze.  We add our foundry seal to the bronze and stamp each sculpture with its unique casting number.
